Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement under certain conditions:

• Termination does not affect accrued rights and obligations
• Refunds upon termination are subject to our refund policy

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of Pune courts.

• Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Pune
• Indian law governs all aspects of this agreement
• Courts in Pune have exclusive jurisdiction for legal matters
